Two Board members Richard Hammon and Stephen Spangler, of The Cumberland County Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation contacted ART Design Group to create a memorial park honoring fallen officers in the county. The memorial features an image of a cast bronze saluting officer in full dress, symbolizing pride, honor, and respect. The entire project, from concept to completion, took twelve months.
During the process, Richard Hammon, Stephen Spangler and board visited our studio to review and approve the clay model. The finished memorial park now stands as a tribute to the dedication and sacrifice of the Cumberland County officers, providing a place for the community to honor and remember their service.
